Dealer's description: Broadside, large folio, (18" by 24"), printed in double column, little dusty, couple of very small holes (no text loss), originally folded, untrimmed, laid down on semi stiff card, styled "Second edition." Keith, a Christian Quaker and Anglican Missionary (particularly to America), renounced his allegiance to the Quakers 5 May 1700 and was immediately ordained in the established church.
