Early manuscript note in upper margin of leaf a2r, reading: "Hic lib[er] est Io: Francisci d[e] P[ar]ma"; coat of arms of Michael Wodhull gold tooled on front cover, superseding another gold tooled mark of ownership, possibly a cipher including a garter and a coronet (not included in the Sotheby sale catalogs of Michael Wodhull's library?); booklabel of george Dunn, with his initials, his date "Oct. 1900", and his bibliographic notes pencilled on front free endpaper (no. 1629 in the Sotheby sale catalog of his library, Feb. 1914); purchased in 1918. In a later calf binding with M. Wodhull's coat of arms gold tooled on front cover; edges stained red; mended.
