Folger copy: last leaf, blank, lacking; edges trimmed, affecting some of the manuscript notes and signatures; leaves [k]4 and [l]1 torn, repaired affecting text. Border and first initial with white vine motif, drawn in sepia on leaf [a]1r. Textual corrections and additions throughout, using signes-de-renvoi (most of the corrections added after defacing of text); same hand notes a previous misbinding of gathering [g], now corrected; manuscript notes in another early hand using numerous "Nota" markings, manicules and brackets; signatures added by hand. Bookplate of W.T. Smedley; purchased in 1924. In a recent red morocco binding, gold tooled, with gilt edges.
