A catalogue of the genuine library of John Darker, Esq; deceased, late treasurer of St. Bartholomew's Hospital, and lest by will to that charity [electronic resource] : Comprehending a very extensive collection of the best and searcest authors in history, antiquities, law, natural history, &c. many capital books of prints, missals finely iluminated, and a great number of the most esteemed French and Italian poets and romances, which will be sold by auction, by T. and J. Egerton, at their room in Scotland Yard, opposite the admiralty, on Wednesday, the 23d of February, 1785, and the nine following days, (Sunday excepted.) Beginning each day punctually at twelve o'clock. The whole to be viewed on Saturday, the 19th of February, and to the time of sale. Catalogues (Price 6d.) to be had at the place of sale, of Mr. Robson, Bond-street; Mr. Debret, Piccadilly; Mr. Owen, Temple Bar; Mr. Sewell, in Cornhill, and Messrs. Egerton, Booksellers, Whitehall.
