The original of the "Modest briefe discussion" includes at end "A charitable qualification of ... A brief inquisition ... By B.A. [i.e. Matthew Wilson]" and an "Admonition to the reader" [by the editor, John Floyd]. The "Admonition" was printed independently of the rest of the work, in two type-settings; either may be found bound with copies of the main work.
