Imprint from colophon (leaf t2r); colophon at end of 1st work (leaf n5r) is dated 21 Sept. 1486. Signatures: a⁸[-a6], b-c⁶, d-l⁸/⁶, m⁶, n⁸, o-p⁶, q⁸, r-s⁶, t⁴. Stub of the cancelled leaf conjugate with a3, between leaves a5 and a7. Printed in 2 columns. Includes register.

Leaf t4, blank, lacking; edges have been trimmed, affecting a few early notes. Extensive early manuscript notes in brown ink, most of them in the same hand, with numerous manicules in different styles, a few drawings and other markings, in most of the 1st work and in pts. of Jean de Jandun's work; a few corrections in text. Inscription on recto of 1st leaf "emi quinque carlenis aquoda[m] fratre dominico ordinis p[rae]dicato[rum] die 8 noue[m]bris 1488 etc." followed by another inscription "presente Petro Giorgetti Cingulano 1854"; another inscription on same p., defaced, illegible. In a contemporary vellum manuscript cover done in Lombardic style (exposed tawed covering over raised bands); also a manuscript fragment used as guard; remains of 2 purple ties on fore-edge; edges painted in purple; several spine inscriptions and shelfmarks "B 193" and "179"; remains of fragments of spine labels; some worming; repaired; in a tailored box.
