A catalogue of a valuable and capital collection of pictures, scarce antique coins, medals, bronzes, basso and also relievo's, a matchless and superb vase, and two urns of the ancient Roman ware [electronic resource] : Being formerly the collection of pope paul iv. left by will to prince carafa, of naples, and consigned from thence. Amongst the above pictures are a Holey Family, by Raphael, and three history pieces, by C. Calabrese. To which, by permission, are added, a small collection of Italian, French, and Flemish pictures, the property of a gentleman, (Going Abroad.) The whole of which will be sold by auction, by Mr. Christie, at his great room, in Pall-Mall, on Friday and Saturday, December 14 and 15, 1770.
