On verso: "Sir, annexed you have the particulars of the receipt and expenditures of money received from the Catholics of Ireland, ..." signed and dated: "T. Wolf Tone, sec. to the ambassadors. 29th of March, 1795".
A satire on the deputation led by John Keogh and on Theobald Wolfe Tone who accompanied the deputation to present a Catholic petition to the King in 1793.
