V. The young scholar's guide to English parsing, exhibiting all the parts of speech by initial letters. With a supplement, for occasional inspection: containing all the uncommon words in Johnson's abridgment, which were omitted in the first alphabet. To which are prefixed, a practical grammar; with directions for reading; the laws of versification; the explanation of prepositions and terminations; and examples of bad English, to be corrected by the rules of syntax.
