Folger-specific note
Leaves a1 and 2s6 (the last blank) lacking (title from editor's letter on verso of first leaf, provided from BM 15th cent.); top edge cropped, affecting manuscript numbering on some leaves. Some early manuscript notes, brackets and manicules in brown ink; manuscript numbering of "Distinctiones" and "Questiones" in upper right corner of recto of each leaf. Inscription on leaf a2r, partially illegible "Ad usum Fris Archangelj [...?] et p[er]tinet loco Alg[...?]"; another inscription below colophon, defaced, illegible. Some mold stain on a few gatherings at end of book; last leaves have been repaired; leaf 2s5, torn, has been pasted on endpaper; rebound. Loosely inserted: leaf from a later small format missal, probably used as a bookmark.
