Manuscript addition of the German translation in the title of some paragraphs; also correction of errors in heading and signature; a note on leaves k1r ("De gutta sciatica"), x1v ("De esula"), and s10r ("De lapidibus et metallis"); dried plant between leaves y6 and y7, and evidence of another on leaf y5r. Ownership inscription on leaf a2r: Can: Reg: Mon[aste]rij Waldsee. Contemporary pigskin binding, blind tooled with stamps of phoenix, lamb and the 4 Evangelists' symbols (Kyriss 162) from Weissenau.
