Last leaf, blank, lacking; leaf s5 misbound before s4;brown stained paper on a few leaves; some worm holes; edges trimmed, affecting manuscript notes. Manuscript notes in brown ink in different hands, some crossed out and covered with slips of paper, and manicules; manuscript indications of the misbinding of several leaves in gathering s, which was only partly corrected at the time of the rebinding of the book. Repaired; rebound. Ownership inscriptions on recto of 1st leaf (defaced), and on verso of last leaf, both illegible, previously covered with slips of paper, now lifted. Bookplate of W.T. Smedley; purchased in 1924.
