John Hollings was the Prince of Wales's physician and certainly examined his pregnant consort, but "R- H-" could concievably be correctly rendered, hence the hedging over the authority heading. Text makes it clear the twee piece was written between Princess Augusta's birth on 31 July 1737 and her baptism
