This issue has the poem by Hieronymus Wolf about Castellion on title page verso.
The book 3 Esdras follows 2 Esdras (Nehemiah), but 4 Esdras is placed after Malachi, and before 1 and 2 Maccabees. Hebrews immediately precedes Revelation.
New Testament has special title page; annotations at the end of the book.
