General articles and conditions relative to the tacks to be hereafter signed, of the estate of His Grace Charles Duke of Queensberry and Dover, to the observance and performance whereof, (except in so far as the same shall be altered by clauses in any particular tack) the said duke and the tenants are to become bound in such tacks, by referring therein to these articles, and the date of the registration of the same, in the sheriff court books at Drumsries [electronic resource].
