To the intent that no person may through ignorance of the law, or inadvertency, omit complying with the directions of an act passed the last sessions in this Kingdom, and incur the penalites thereby inflicted: The Hon. the Commissioners of His Majesty's Revenue have thought proper to cause an abstract of the said act entituled, An act to prevent the fraudulent and clandestine importing of goods, to be published in the following manner [electronic resource].
