Burnell, mayor. A Common Council holden in the Chamber of the Guildhall of the City of London, on Tuesday the 11th day of December, 1787. The committee for bye-laws, did this day deliver into this Court, a report in Writing under their Hands, with Mr. Recorder and Common Serjeant's Opinions on a Case, upon the subject of relieving the inhabitants of this City from the orphans tax; which was read.
