A parody of the speech of John Forster, recorder of Dublin, welcoming the Duke of Ormonde's arrival on 4 July 1711.
Includes on verso: 'The Recorder's speech to the Lord Wharton', given in Dublin 25 April 1709; and 'The Recorder's speech to His Grace the Duke of Ormonde', given in Dublin 4 July 1711.
