Address to the inhabitants of Nottingham and its vicinity [electronic resource] : in consequence of the recent Address to the Inhabitants of Nottingham and its Vicinity, recommending a Petition to the Throne in the present alarming Crisis of the Nation, for the removal of his Majesty's Ministers as the necessary step to that Peace so ardently desired, and the redress of those abuses which if continued, render Peace or War almost a matter of indifference; the following Petition is presented to the good sense and Patriotism of the Public. Without influence or one personal application, it makes its appeal to every individual mind, and for the purpose of receiving Signatures will lie at the Exchange Hall every day from the hour of Nine in the Morning till Six in the Evening, from Friday March 31st, till Tuesday April 15th, .
