From p. 1 to p. 24 at the foot of each recto leaf: 'W. H. Lunn, Cambridge', and after p. 24 the legend reads: 'W. H. Lunn's catalogue'; the appendix (pp. 239-279,[7]) and preliminaries have a different type to that on pp. [1]-238 and were probably printed in London. All the evidence suggests that pp. [1]-238 were printed in Cambridge.
