Folger copy 26 wants [superscript pi]A1+1 (title-leaf) and 3b6; [superscript pi]A6 is misbound before [superscript pi]A2. Imperfections affect text on 11 leaves. Three epitaphs on Shakespeare are written in a contemporary hand on a rear flyleaf : as on the gravestone and on the monument in Holy Trinity, Stratford, and one unreported elsewhere (see Ralph N.
