The humble petition and advice of the Lords under-named, peers of the realm", which is signed by [James Scott, Duke of] Monmouth [and 15 others]. Both protest Parliament's meeting at Oxford or other places distant from London.

In this issue, line 2 of petition ends "Dan-".
