Written in reply to Myrth Waferer's "An apologie for D. Featley", one of a series of controversial works, of which the first was Featley's "The grand sacrilege of the church of Rome."

Contains (1) "The summe of a conference betwixt M.D. Smith ... and M. Dan Featly ... about the reall presence ... with the notes of S.E. [Edmund Lechmere]", which is a reprint of Lechmere's "The conference mentioned by Doctour Featly" (STC 2nd ed., 15357.5); and (2) "A relection of the precedent conference."
