Has read and enjoyed an article written by Winter in the Tribune. Will invite Mr. Russell Lowell to come to the Shakespeare monument ceremony. However, we must remember that it is not an American gift and is more ornamental and less useful than Mr. Child's "noble and useful gift in the 'Jubilee Year.'" Regrets that Winter will not be able to attend.
