A general fast and day of humiliation for pardon and protection is ordered to be kept throughout Ireland on Wednesday, 25 June next, and on every third Wednesday till the end of the War. Form of prayer sent herewith." -- Steele.
At end of text: Given at Our court at Whitehall the thirtieth day of May, 1690. In the second year of Our reign.
Steele notation: Arms 115 on Secured Maje-.

Steele erroneously reports the Arms as 113, when in fact the Arms are 115.
