Humbly craveing of his Majesty that for the satisfaction of iustice, and his owne honour, exemplary punishment may be inflicted upon the Irish rebells that have had a hand in shedding soe much innocent blood. And that His Majestie will not grant a pardon to those bloody rebells, for the murders and cruelties committed by them since the breakeing forth of this odious rebellion.
