And the declaration of his Excellency the Lord Generall, to the kingdom of England, and his resolution thereupon. Likewise, a new covenant and agreement from the Army, to be tendered to all free born English-men, throughout the City of London, and the respective counties within the Kingdom of England [electronic resource].
