His Majesties letter to the Parliament, reported to both Houses yesterday [electronic resource] ; and his power and instructions given to them, concerning the Army. With a declaration of the citizens of London touching the King to be communicated to the Lord Gen. Fairfax, and published throughout all the cities and market townes within the Kingdom of England, and Dominion of VVales. Likewise, a declaration from the Lord Generall Fairfax, to the Lord Major, aldermen, and common-councell of the said city, and his desires touching the same. As also, the Armies new propositions concerning the King, and their impeachment and desires to the House of Commons, to declare against all members in the said House, who have acted contrary to the trust reposed in them.
