Fairfax, with 35. propositions, concerning his Maj. and the kingdom; and for all Parl. men, committees, excisemen, and sequestiators, to be present to an impartiall account for the monies of the state. With their representation for the engagement of the people, their desires concerning the judges of the land, and a plain and perfect law to be established.
