"Robert Persons [Parsons], who is often credited with sole authorship of the work, probably played only a small part in its composition or revision"--Halkett & Laing (3rd ed.).
"The stationer to the reader" signed "Mich. Spark" (the compiler?).
The authors' names are bracketed together on title page.
