"The answer of both Houses of Parliament to his Majesties message of the 12. of November. With His Maiesties reply thereunto" has separate dated title page and pagination, register is continuous.
"The answer of both Houses of Parliament to his Majesties message of the 12. of November. With His Maiesties reply thereunto" is identified as Wing E1221 and Thomason E.128[35*]. Apparently it was never issued separately.
The imprint is false; a counterfeit London reprint -- Madan.
