Wherein their just demands in behalfe of themselves and the whole kingdome, concerning their publike safety, peace and freedome, is express'd; calling those their commissioners in Parliament, to an account, how they (since the beginning of their session, to this present) have discharged their duties to the vniversallity of the people, their soveraigne lord, from whom their power and strength is derived, and by whom (ad bene placitum,) it is continued.
