Whereunto especially is added a catalogue of the names of the Lords, that subscribed to levy horse to assist His Majesty in defence of his royall Person, the two Houses of Parliament, and the Protestant religion, with the monies men and horse, already subscribed unto by severall counties of this kingdom, and undertaken for His Majesties service, August. 6th. 1642.
