Wherein is declared the grounds and reasons of His Majesties speedy coming to London, to a personall treaty with His Parliament, and his Majesty and subjects to take a new oath and covenant, to make both Prince and people happy. Likewise, the most high and mighty Princess Henrietta Maria, Queene of Great Brittain, their Highnesses, Charles Prince of Wales, and James Duke of York, to be sent for from beyond the seas, to take the said oath and covenaut [sic]. With the substance of the said oath, to be taken in the presence of the greatest persons of honour. Appointed to be printed for the publike view of all His Majesties loyal subjects, within the Kingdom of England, and Dominion of Wales.
