Reader the act of regulating of printing being not yet published, I know not what it injoyns, nor to whom to go for Licence, but when it is made known, I shall be very observable to the rules therein expressed, but this being such extraordinary good newes I thought it my duty to publish it to stop the mouthes of malignants.
