Part 2, "The copy of a petition, as it was tendered by Mr. Dury, to Gustavus, the late King of Sweden", has a separate dated title page; part 3, "An extract, out of the national synode, held by the churches of France, at Charenton, in September, 1631", has a caption title; register and pagination are continuous, except that the one numbered page in part 3, page 51, is misnumbered 45. Parts 2 and 3 are translated out of French.
