Carthright & deacon Jos Burgan & Wm Keverly Gardr [?]"; for the place where collected: "part of ye old towne divi: with Cocke Pye feilds in St Giles"; the amount collected: "twenty five pounds in part". Name of the official receiving the payment is illegible. Added at foot: "Entred by Jere Thomas".
