"The proceedings of the House of Commons, beginning the 19th. day of May, .. 1685" (caption title) has separate pagination and register.
Apparently a reissue, with cancel title page and the addition of the proceedings of 19 May 1685, of: The faithfull register; or, the debates .. in three several Parliaments.
On cancel title page, the words "1. That held at Westminster, Octob. .. King James" are bracketed together.
