Disraeli suggested Denham, the younger Donne, Sir Allan Broderick, and Will Crofts, while Gosse, instead of the latter two, proposes Cleveland and Jasper Mayne"--Pforzheimer Catalogue. Wing lists it under Sir John Denham.
An attack on: D'Avenant, Sir William. Gondibert.
"The incomparable poem Gondibert" has a separate dated title page on p. 15; pagination and register are continuous.
"The loves of Hero and Leander:" has a separate dated title page, pagination and register.
