II, p. 100f dates between 1629-38. This is the only known impression of the plate that includes the heavy woodcut title across the top. The only other known impression (without the woodcut title) surfaced at auction in 2018 (Christie's, Valuable Books and Manuscripts, 11 July 2018, lot 220).
