To the right honourable the Commons of England assembled in Parliament ; some reasons formerly delivered, now revived and reinforced, are most humbly again proposed, why those Protestant justices of the peace, or other Protestant officers who were not fully qualified, and yet having been commanded to act, have acted since the judges gavest for law upon Sir Edward Hale's case, that the King might enjoin them to act, notwithstanding the 500 l. law, why they should be exempted from the late vote of all in offices unqualified to pay 500 l.
