A form of prayer : to be used on Wednesday the 22d of December; being the fast-day appointed by the kings proclamation: to seek reconciliation with Almighty God, and to beseech him, that he would avert his judgments, defeat the counsels of our enemies, unite the hearts of all loyal Protestants, continue his mercies, and the light of his Gospel to us, and our posterity, and bestow his abundant blessings upon His Sacred Majesty, and this present Parliament, and all their consultations, and endeavours.
