Concerns a damaged ship in port at Plymouth with references to ongoing repairs to the hull being carried out by master carpenters, payments to carpenters and crew, and arrangements for the sale of cargos of tin and water-damaged grain. Also noted - the return of five elephant tusks that were stolen from the De Buas. The ship's owner Jean Sommas is mentioned together with details concerning insurance claims, accounting, and the poor conduct of Tommaz Felips, master of the ship.
