Includes correspondence and notes concerning Lionel Booth and Howard Staunton's proposed photozincographic reproduction of the First Folio (1-17), along with 4 sets of corrected proofs (or "specimen pages") of the facsimile and one loose title page (18-22). Most of the manuscript notes document errors in the reproduction or comment on Booth and Staunton's differing interpretation of their agreement. Includes drafts of letters from Charles Wright, as well as letters to Lionel Booth from G. Linnaeus Banks as Corresponding Secretary of the Shakspere Tercentenary Monument Committee (2), George Routledge (3), and Geo. C. Parson on behalf of Henry Ward (4).

Manuscript notes in 3 brown paper packets marked A, B, C and labeled Memoranda relative to the reproduction of the first edition of Shakespeare by photozincography. The label on Packet A additionally references the first essay for the reproduction and the label for Packet C references the last essay.
