The index volume, which was originally supposed to bear the designation "volume 10," has now been published as vol. 15, following the addenda and corrigenda contained in vols. 11-14. Consequently, the numbering of the volumes skips from 9 to 11, with no number 10--Cf. vol. 15, Preface.
Indexes to appendixes in vol. 9 (48 p. ; 24 cm.) inserted.
