Requests Dering's "vtmost Assistance" in remedying the problems arising from the injury to their livelihoods caused by English merchants who have been "supplying both ffrance, fflanders, and Holland with great quantities of Wooll, Woolfells, Woollen yarne, ffullers Earth, and Tobacco Pipe Clay &c And likewise Clothes and Stuffs of the new drapery, vndyed vndressed and vnfinished, constantly from England and Ireland but haue further indeuoured to vndermine the very Trade & interest of these his Maties Kingdomes, etc." and requesting whereby wee may hope to enioy A reall good by the restauration of our Woollen Manufactures." With names of 100 petitioners.
