11 interim measures for reform of the Court of Chancery "vntill the Com[m]ittee appointed by Parliment for the regulating the [pro]ceedings in Chancery shall take further Care thereof." The procedural changes listed specifically seek to prevent abuses by under-clerks serving in the offices of the six clerks, especially with regards to copying and filing practices.
