Speaker of the house of Com[m]ons and master of the Rolles, Com[ission]ers for the great Seal of England for redresse of sundry disorders in [pro]ceedings in causes and of other abuses of late creept into his Maties high Court of Chancery

11 interim measures for reform of the Court of Chancery "vntill the Com[m]ittee appointed by Parliment for the regulating the [pro]ceedings in Chancery shall take further Care thereof." The procedural changes listed specifically seek to prevent abuses by under-clerks serving in the offices of the six clerks, especially with regards to copying and filing practices.
