Includes instructions for film editors, diagram of the sets depicting changes made during production, a 2-page autograph letter initialed from Laurence Olivier to (presumably) the editors, cataloged separately (W.b.639, before p. 1). Text has many underlinings and manuscript notes regarding music for the production. Title page has initials "W.W." penciled-in, probably belong to William Walton. Under title, two bars of music are penciled-in.
