Provenance: Item is found in the 8th volume of an extra-illustrated copy of Fitzgerald's Life of David Garrick, opposite p. 420. The volumes were extra-illustrated in 1903 by Alexander Meyrick Broadley, expanded from 2 volumes to 17, and bear his bookplate. The set was purchased by the Folgers from Albert Myers & Co. (cat. no. 236, item no. 117) in 1923.
