Artist: Laurens is noted as a genre painter and illustrator. He was the son of Jean Paul Laurens and the brother of Jean Pierre. Laurens is credited for illustrating the works of Daudet and Anatole France.
History: Drawing may have been done as an illustration design but no edition or play illustrated by Laurens is listed in major bibliographic reference sources.
